ATTENTION TO THE STAFF OF XAVIER ASYLUM:
I have noticed over the past few years that our system has been slacking quite a bit. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I hired the best I could find, and I expect the best out of you. Because of these issues, I am ordering certain members of the asylum to control the other staff under them. This will be divided by the jobs I feel are most important and the people I believe will do the best job possible. If you have any comments of concerns with my choices, feel free to let me know- but don't expect me to care. If no one has currently been assigned for a role, it is because I do not feel I have someone that meets my requirements. Please feel free to contact me if you require a position. Also, staff, if my choices are "too strict" for you to handle, then you're apparently not doing your job. I'm not paying you to sit on your ass and get stoned all day; yes, this includes you Francesco, Roland, Kenneth, Milo, and Giovanni.
Those who were chosen are officially in charge of keeping the other staff members under their category in line. I expect you to fully enforce the rules and not allow the staff members to slack on their job. Also, those of you who I deem this large priority as the superiors of the staff, you will be issued your own lot of land on the grounds of the island. This will be a two acre spot, and we are supplying this as a gift free of charge for the hard work you have done at the asylum. Thank you. Please contact me about the homes you would like to have brought in, mobile homes for those of you who prefer a fast assembly home, or made, for those of you who prefer a stationary home. If you prefer to stay in the staff apartments, let me know, and I will supply you with a raise instead. Either way, you will be supplied with the best I can buy.
