Patient Privileges: Low Risk Patients: - Visitation - Gym - Time Outside - Electronics - Cigarettes - Sweets, Soda, Candy...etc - Money - Library - Access to Cafeteria - Pictures and other belongings in room - Basic Needs (Pillows, regular clothing, electric razors, soap bars, - conditioner, shampoo, deodorant) - If the patient has had acceptable behavior since their time at the - asylum and may not have a very serious illness, they may stay the - night at the staff headquarters with any family/close friends they - have only if the reason is logical enough.
Medium: - Limited Visitation - Limited Gym Time - Time Outside, but only to certain areas - Electronics, with permission - Cigarettes, with permission - Sweets, Soda, Candy...etc - Money - Library, while accompanied by a guard - Access to Cafeteria, while accompanied by a guard - Pictures and other belongings in room, but all belongings must be - inspected - Basic Needs (Pillows, regular clothing, electric razors, soap bars, - conditioner, shampoo, deodorant)
High Risk Patients: - Limited visitation - Monitored gym time - Monitored time outside - Electronics, with permission - Cigarettes, with permission - Sweets, Soda, Candy...etc, but only with good behavior - Money - Monitored time in the library - Monitored cafeteria time - Pictures/belongings allowed in room, but they must be inspected - If personal belongings are in room, the room will be expected one - day out of the week for weapons, drugs, etc. - Basic Needs (Pillows, regular clothing, electric razors, soap bars, - conditioner, shampoo, deodorant)

CELL PHONE PRIVILEGES
Yes, patients are shockingly allowed their cell phones if they have been "good." Just keep in mind that even if they are bad they probably won't lose anything since staff are lazy bums- but still :3
